Vintage deck of Merrigold Press playing cards featuring a colorful wine-and-fruit still-life illustration on the card backs. The design depicts an ornate covered wine vessel surrounded by grapes, melon, pear, cherries and other fruit against a rich red background.

The visible Joker features the classic Merrigold Press court-jester illustration with the Merrigold Press name prominently printed above.

Condition: New old stock / unused. Deck remains factory sealed in its original cellophane. The outer wrap shows age-related wrinkling and handling/storage wear, particularly around the corners and edges. Some discoloration/spotting is visible beneath or around the wrap on the exposed Joker. Please review photographs for exact cosmetic condition.

A nice vintage deck for playing-card collectors, Joker collectors, Western Publishing collectors, or display.
