Vintage Elgin 19 Jewel 10K Gold Filled Ladies Mechanical Watch – Working

Beautiful vintage Elgin ladies wristwatch featuring a petite oval case, classic champagne/cream dial and 19-jewel mechanical manual-wind movement.

The watch features applied gold-tone hour markers with Arabic numerals at 12 and 6, elegant teardrop-style lugs and a patterned gold-tone expansion bracelet. The case back is clearly marked “10K GOLD FILLED.” Bracelet components are marked “TRADITION PAT 2689450.”

Watch measures approximately 6 inches around unstretched and is designed for a smaller wrist.

Most importantly, the watch is currently running and keeping time.

This is a genuine vintage timepiece and shows age-related wear including surface scratches, finish wear, crystal wear and patina/discoloration to the dial, all visible in the photographs. The case has not been opened and the movement has not been serviced or professionally timed. Because it is presently functioning properly, the case was intentionally left unopened to avoid unnecessary risk of damage.
